Only a few days away…..

Yes it is nearly here.  What I am referring to,  Cooke Street Carnival of course.  Looks like the weather will be co-operating too, so there'll be  lots of fun for all the family.

We'll be there with our Brigadeiros and truffles, chocolate bars and brew chews and of course Crack Bars.  Drop by our tent and see what other treats we'll have.  See you Saturday.

Our next market day is Saturday September 6.  The weather is cooling down a bit and so we will be able to make our Crack Bars again. I'll post early next week with the flavors we will have at the Market next Saturday.  Until then………. Keep on Trufflin'

Brew Chews

Chocolates and Brew Chews…… we had them both and these tasty bites were made with Wicked Weed beers

For those who like things a little hotter, we made a brew chew with Freak of Nature and added JalapeƱos.  Nothing like a hoppy hot confection.

Great day

Great day yesterday at BottleMixx for the Wicked Weed tap takeover.  A few of our chocolates had the same ingredients as two of their beers and so were a big hit among both chocolate and beer lovers.

This chocolate had dates and fresh blackberries and wine added to the ganache.

While our other truffle had tamarind and orange ganache.

Both chocolates went remarkably well with the beers…….  a very enjoyable pairing.

Our next venue will be at Midtown Farmers Market on Sept 6.
