Today Dan will be at BottleRev RDU doing a chocolate beer pairing. Actually it will be chocolate and candy pairing. He will have various Brew Chews made with different beers and some truffles and of course the latest offering, a posset cup. This posset cup was made with Yeti chocolate stout and cream.
If that doesn't pique your interest, then how about a Brigadeiro made with Limoncello IPA?
There will also be Brew Chews - Suit & Thai made with coconut and chillies and a sour IPA which we added Lime and Grapefruit to make it sour.
